Melbourne's Albert Park Grand Prix Circuit is a favourite on the F1 circuit and in 2025 will be the season opening race! Be there to see Lewis Hamilton’s first race for Ferrari, Carlos Sainz first race for Williams and the beginning of full-time seasons for new drivers Andrea Kimi Antonelli, Jack Doohan and Oliver Bearman.

Nothing is more exciting than being trackside at the Albert Park Grand Prix Circuit watching some of the fastest cars in the world race around the tarmac under the sweltering Melbourne sun. But don't take our word for it; be there for all the fun with a Boys Trip travel package, we'll take care of all your travel arrangements, leaving you with nothing to worry about.
Our packages to the FORMULA 1® AUSTRALIAN GRAND PRIX 2025 include;
- Return Air New Zealand ‘The Works’ airfares departing on Wednesday 12th March and returning on Monday 17th March

Plus there is the option to upgrade to grandstand tickets or corporate hospitality, upgrade to 5-Star hotel accommodation or stay extra nights in Melbourne.
Package pricing for this trip does vary depending on your airport of departure, but our packages start from;
AKL – From $4,500 per person
WLG – From $4,500 per person
CHC – From $4,625 per person
ZQN – From $4,375 per person
These prices are based on two people traveling and sharing a 4-Star King/Twin Studio Room and with 4-Day General Admission Passes. Pricing will vary depending on your number of travellers, airport of departure, accommodation requirements and upgrade options.

Hospitality Upgrade
Feel like splashing out? Hospitality passes include elevated and open fronted suites with great track views, as well as big screen viewing. Morning tea, buffet lunch and afternoon tea. Sparkling premium wine, premium beer, cider, soft drinks and espresso coffee. Options include;
Pit Entry Hospitality – Extra $2,800 per person
Lakeside Studio @ Carousel – Extra $3,250 per person
Race Cube Hospitality – Extra $3,450 per person
Chicane Pavilion (Lower) - Extra $4,250pp
All hospitality passes include Park Passes (GA) for the Thursday
What You Need To Know
Flights
While our package pricing is for flights departing from Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch or Queenstown, let us know if you need regional connections and we can include these in your package. Boys Trip has established an excellent partnership with Air New Zealand and they are our preferred carrier for all our packages. Your package includes Air New Zealand’s ‘The Works’ fares, which include 23kg of checked baggage, 7kg of carry-on luggage, seat requests and in-flight meals and drinks.
Accommodation
Boys Trip are partners of the Accor Hotel brand and for this package, we are using the following hotel properties;
Novotel Melbourne Central (4-Star)
Shadow Play by Peppers (4.5-Star)
Sofitel Melbourne on Collins (5-Star)
Daily cooked breakfasts are included for all Boys Trip clients at all hotel properties.
Novotel Melbourne Central is located in downtown Melbourne and features 24 hour reception, gym, restaurant, bar and room service. Room types to choose from are;
- King Room (King bed or two single beds)
Shadow Play by Peppers is located in Southbank and features 24 hour reception, restaurant, bar, room service, sauna, steam room, gym, outdoor heated pool, lounge, library and outdoor terrace and fully enclosed garden area. Room types available are;
- 2-Bedroom Apartment (two Queen beds or Queen & two singles)
Sofitel Melbourne on Collins is also located in the CBD and features 24-hour reception, restaurant, bar and fitness centre. Choose from;
- Superior Room (King bed or two single beds)
A third person can be accommodated on a rollaway bed for an additional $170 per night (include daily breakfasts)
Tickets
Our packages include 4-Day Park Passes (General Admission) to the FORMULA 1® AUSTRALIAN GRAND PRIX 2025, which allows you the freedom to roam the circuit and check out the action from a number of different vantage points. The Albert Park Grand Prix Circuit has a number of huge viewing mounds strategically located around the circuit, some of which have superscreen viewing so you don’t miss any of the action. Your Park Pass also includes free access to the circuit's public attractions, bars and catering outlets. There are many different grandstand and corporate hospitality options also available, so just let us know if you are interested in upgrading your passes.
Transfers
Included in your package are transfers from Melbourne International Airport to your selected accommodation on the 12th March and from your hotel to Melbourne International Airport on the 17th March. Free public transport to and from Albert Park is included with your event ticket.
Insurance
We include Cover More “YourCover” Travel Insurance with our packages. If you already have made arrangements for travel insurance, let us know. If you wish to know more about our Cover More Travel Insurance, let us know and we can e-mail you a brochure.
We do have some flexibility with travel dates and package inclusions, so if something doesn’t quite suit you, let us know and we can try to cater the package to suit your personal requirements.
