They don’t call it “The Great Race” for nothing. The annual pilgrimage to Mount Panorama is something that every Kiwi racing fan needs to experience. The jewel in the Supercars crown always produces memorable moments and four days spent on “the hill” will certainly provide you with memories you will never forget. Whether you have been there before, or you are looking to experience Bathurst for the first time, let Boys Trip take all the hassle out of your trip to the Bathurst 1000.
In 2026 we are again offering three different package options to the Bathurst 1000; our Campervan Package, our Motel Package and our Sydney Weekend Package. There's something to suit every taste and budget.
Motel Package
Sydney & Bathurst
7 - 13 October 2026
If camping on Mount Panorama isn’t your thing, then don’t worry, because with our Motel Package you can experience the 2026 Repco Bathurst 1000, while still enjoying the comforts of motel accommodation.
Depart AKL/WLG/CHC/ZQN (regional connections available) on Wednesday 7th October, arriving in Sydney, we’ll transfer you to the 4-Star Mantra 2 Bond Street Hotel, that night you’ll meet other Boys Trip clients at our Drinks & Nibbles Welcome Function. The next morning the Boys Trip coach will collect everyone from the hotel and we’ll head through to Bathurst. You’ll spend four nights in Bathurst, soaking up all four big days of racing on the Mount. Then on Monday 12th, the Boys Trip coach will transport you back to Sydney, staying another night at the Mantra 2 Bond Street Hotel before flying back to New Zealand on Tuesday 13th.

- Return Air New Zealand ‘The Works’ flights to Sydney on Wednesday 7th October, returning on Tuesday 13th October

For our Bathurst Motel package you are looking at $5,900 per person, based on two people sharing a Studio Room and flying ex-CHC. Prices will vary depending on your numbers, accommodation requirements, departure city and optional extras, as always you can personalise this package to suit.

If two nights isn’t long enough for you, then we can extend your trip. Just let us know if you would like to stay extra nights at the Mantra 2 Bond Street Hotel.
Starting from an extra $260 per person, per night
4-DAY GRANDSTAND UPGRADE OPTIONS:
Your package includes 4-Day General Admission tickets, which allows you the freedom to roam the Mount Panorama circuit and check out the action from a number of different vantage points. There are also two grandstand upgrade options available;
Pit Straight Grandstand #10 (UNCOVERED)
For a better view and a reserved seat for the whole four days of racing, upgrade to the Pit Straight Grandstand, which also includes access to all general admission areas.
Extra $330 per person
Mountain Straight Grandstand #12 (COVERED)
You don’t get a better view of the track than from the Mountain Straight Grandstand; this ticket includes your grandstand seat as well as access to all general admission areas.
Extra $520 per person
Grandstand tickets are only available in 4-Day passes, you cannot purchase single day grandstand passes. All tickets include Paddock Pass access, which gives you a behind the scenes look at where all the action takes place. From inside the Paddock, you can see the teams working in the garages, the amazing purpose built team transporters and maybe even grab an autograph.
Upgrade to Corporate Hospitality
Why not treat yourself and go with a corporate hospitality upgrade? Opt for Race Central Hospitality which is in a prime spot on Pit Lane, elevated above the garages and with a great view of the start/finish line and the pit area and with all the bells and whistles you would expect with corporate hospitality, there’s no better place to be. Race Central hospitality packages include;

What You Need To Know
Flights
While our package pricing is for flights departing from Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch or Queenstown, let us know if you need regional connections and we can add these to your package. Boys Trip has established an excellent partnership with Air New Zealand and they are our preferred carrier for all our packages. Your package includes Air New Zealand’s ‘The Works’ fares, which include 23kg of checked baggage, 7kg of carry-on luggage, seat requests and in-flight meals and drinks. Premium Economy and Business Class options are available on selected flights, ex-Auckland.
Sydney Accommodation
Boys Trip prefer to use Mantra Hotels and our accommodation in Sydney is at the Mantra 2 Bond Street Hotel in Sydney City, this is a 4-Star property, which features a heated rooftop pool, spa, 24 hour reception, gym, restaurant, bar and room service. Take your choice from;
- Executive Studio Room (King bed or two single beds)
- 2-Bedroom Apartment (King bed & Queen bed or Queen bed & two single beds)
Sofa beds can be added to any room for an additional $75 per night
Tickets
Our Motel Package includes 4-Day General Admission tickets (with Paddock Pass access) to the 2026 Repco Bathurst 1000. You can opt to upgrade to a 4-Day Pit Straight Grandstand ticket (extra $330 per person) or a 4-Day Mountain Straight Grandstand ticket (extra $520 per person). The Mountain Straight Grandstand is the only covered grandstand. Grandstand tickets are only available in 4-Day passes, you cannot purchase single day grandstand passes. The Paddock Pass gives you a behind the scenes look at where all the action takes place. Corporate Hospitality is also available, which includes a full food and beverage service.
Bathurst Accommodation
Our accommodation is Bathurst is at the 4-Star Bathurst Heritage Motor Inn, located right in Bathurst. Like all Bathurst motels there is a 4 night minimum stay during the Repco Bathurst 1000. The Mount Panorama track is approximately 3km from the Bathurst Heritage Motor Inn.
Getting to Bathurst
Our coach will depart from outside the Mantra 2 Bond Street Hotel at 9.00am on Thursday morning and head directly through to the Bathurst, with just a short stop along the way for lunch. The journey will take around 3 hours, 30 minutes. That same coach will bring everyone back from Bathurst to the Mantra 2 Bond Street Hotel on the Monday morning, again departing around 9.00am, this journey can take up to around 4 hours.
Airport and Track Transfers
Included in the package are transfers from Sydney International Airport to Mantra 2 Bond Street on the 7th and from the hotel to Sydney Airport on the 13th. Daily transfers from the Bathurst Heritage Motor Inn to and from the Mount Panorama track are also included in your Boys Trip package.
