What You Need To Know

Tokyo Accommodation
The Prince Hotel is in a great location right near Tokyo Tower and only a short walk from the natural beauty of Shiba Park. Having one night in Tokyo either side of the four nights in Nagoya will ensure you get plenty of time to explore Japan’s biggest city. Room options include; Double Room (Queen bed or two single beds) or a Triple Room (three single beds).

Nagoya Accommodation
In Nagoya, we’ll be staying at the Courtyard by Marriott which is perfectly placed near central shopping, entertainment and business areas. The hotel is only steps away from Nagoya Station, which we’ll be frequenting to get to and from the track each day. Room options include; King Room (King bed), Twin Room (two double beds) or a Suite (King bed with a sofa bed option).

Getting to/from the Suzuka Circuit
Unfortunately, unlike the Melbourne and Singapore F1 events, Suzuka is not the easiest track to get to. We’ll catch a train from Nagoya Station (right by the hotel) to Shiroko Station, which is around a 45 minute journey. From there, we’ll need to line up for the shuttle bus service from Shiroko Station to the Suzuka Circuit, which is around a 15 minute journey. During peak times (especially on the Sunday), both before and after the race, the wait time for the shuttle bus can be quite long. So we’ll be aiming to avoid peak times, the best that we can. Be prepared that there will be some waiting and queuing, which unfortunately, can’t be avoided. We have looked at all transport options and the above will be the quickest and easiest.

Grandstand Tickets
We have reserved seating in Grandstand C, which is bleacher style seating, located close to the track and in a prime location just after the first two corners, an excellent spot to watch the drivers attempt to overtake. Passes are for roaming access on the Friday, with a reserved seat in Grandstand C on the Saturday and Sunday. Hospitality upgrades are available, if you would prefer.

We do have some flexibility with travel dates and package inclusions, so if something doesn’t quite suit you, let us know and we can try to cater the package to suit your personal requirements.

For all bookings we require a 50% deposit to secure your package and the remaining 50% six weeks prior to departure. For bookings within six weeks of departure, full payment would be required to secure this package. For all our terms and conditions, check out http://boys-trip.co.nz/terms.
